Artemuse threads.

1. SHIPPING METHOD

All postal rental orders are dispatched via Express Post through Australia Post unless otherwise stated.

We aim to ship all bookings early to maximise the likelihood of on-time delivery for your event.

Tracking information will be provided once your parcel has been dispatched.

2. PROCESSING TIMES

Rental orders are prepared and dispatched prior to your selected hire start date.

Dispatch timing depends on your booking schedule, not the purchase date.

Studio trial bookings do not include shipping.

3. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Express Post delivery timeframes are determined by Australia Post.

Delivery is not guaranteed before 6:00 PM on your selected delivery date.

Artemuse threads. is not responsible for:

• Courier delays
• Weather disruptions
• Peak season congestion
• Incorrect addresses provided by customers
• Failed delivery attempts
• Redirection delays

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are correct at checkout.

4. AUTHORITY TO LEAVE

Parcels may be delivered with “Authority to Leave” unless otherwise requested.

If a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, Artemuse threads. is not liable for loss or theft after delivery confirmation.

5. INCORRECT ADDRESS

If an incorrect shipping address is provided:

• Artemuse threads. is not responsible for delays
• Additional shipping fees may apply
• Redirection fees will be passed on to the customer

6. DELIVERY DELAYS

While we ship all orders in advance, we cannot guarantee courier performance.

If a delivery is delayed due to the courier:

Once the garment is returned to us, you may choose:

• A refund minus shipping cost ($29), or
• 110% store credit valid for 6 months

This applies only where delivery failure is confirmed by the courier.

7. FAILED DELIVERY / UNCOLLECTED PARCELS

If a parcel is:

• Not collected from the post office
• Returned due to failed delivery attempts

The customer may be responsible for re-shipping costs.

Late fees may still apply if the delay impacts the return timeline.

8. RETURNS SHIPPING

Return shipping instructions are provided with your rental.

Garments must be lodged for return on or before the agreed return date.

Failure to lodge return on time may result in late fees.

9. LOCAL STUDIO PICKUP (IF APPLICABLE)

Customers may collect rentals from:

Pickup is strictly by appointment only.

Collection times must be pre-arranged and confirmed in writing.

10. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently, Artemuse threads. services Australian addresses only unless otherwise agreed in writing.

International shipping, if offered, may incur additional charges and customs responsibilities.

11. SHIPPING LIABILITY LIMITATION

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Artemuse threads. is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential loss due to shipping delays
• Missed events caused by courier delays
• Third-party carrier negligence

Our responsibility ends once the parcel is handed to the shipping provider.

IMPORTANT NOTE

Customers are strongly encouraged to:

• Book delivery 1–2 days before their event
• Monitor tracking updates closely
• Contact Australia Post directly regarding delivery issues
