Return FAQs

How do I return my item after my hire booking?

Postal Bookings : To return your designer hire item, simply place the garment back into the prepaid return satchel provided. Lodge it at your nearest Australia Post office or place it in a yellow post box on the last day of your hire period. If your hire period ends on a weekend, please return it on the next business day.

Local Pick-Up Bookings : Your return is due on the final day of your hire period. You can return your item anytime on the last day using our convenient 24-hour returns chute at our showroom:

How can I return my item if my hire period ends on a non-business day?

Postal bookings: Please return your item by 4pm on the first business day following the end of your hire period. You may post it back or return it directly to our store.

Pick-up bookings: Your item must still be returned on the final day of your hire period.

What if something is wrong with my outfit before my event?

Not the Perfect Fit?

If your outfit isn’t quite right, no worries you may return it prior to your event by following these steps:

  1. Contact us using the form below within 8 hours of receiving your item(s).
  2. Carefully place the item(s) back into the return satchel provided and lodge it at your local post office or place it in a yellow post box on the same day as delivery.
  3. Once your unworn item(s) have been received back at Artemuse Threads HQ, we will issue a single-use credit note, less a $30 cancellation fee plus original shipping costs. Please allow up to 24 hours from delivery back to us for processing.

Items must be unworn, in original condition, and show no additional signs of wear.
