CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

CANCELLATIONS

Artemuse threads. does not provide monetary refunds for cancelled rental bookings.

If you choose to cancel your booking, you may be eligible for a store credit, subject to the conditions below:

• Cancellation must be made at least 30 days prior to the start date of your hire period.
• A $30 administration fee will be deducted from the total paid amount.
• The remaining balance will be issued as a store credit.

Cancellations made less than 30 days before the hire start date are not eligible for credit or refund.

STORE CREDIT TERMS

Store credits issued due to cancellation:

• Are valid for 24 months from the date of issue
• Are non-transferable
• Must be used in a single transaction
• Cannot be converted into cash

Once a store credit has been used to secure a new booking, that booking becomes final and is not eligible for further cancellation, refund, or additional credit — including situations where the garment does not fit.

COVID-19 CANCELLATIONS

If a booking is cancelled due to government-enforced COVID-19 restrictions:

• The standard $30 cancellation fee will be waived
• No minimum notice period will apply
• A store credit will be issued in accordance with our policy

Proof of restrictions may be requested.

POSTAGE DELAYS

Artemuse threads. uses express shipping; however, delivery timeframes are subject to third-party courier services.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, including disruptions due to public health events, peak seasons, weather events, or operational issues beyond our control.

In the event of a confirmed delivery delay impacting your booking, once the garment is returned to us, you may choose one of the following remedies:

• A refund of the rental fee minus shipping costs ($29), or
• A 110% store credit valid for 6 months

The selected remedy will be processed once the garment has been safely returned and inspected.
